Buyer Rebate Program #1 - Receive 50% of our Commission earned

This program is for the average Home Buyer or Investor who would like a SELL2K.com agent to show them property in the traditional manor, but still receive a buyer rebate.

Non-refundable Retainer Fee: $199 paid up front by the Buyer

What the Buyer receives: 50% of Buyer Agent Commission received on the purchase credited to the Buyer at closing in the form of a rebate from SELL2K.com on the HUD-1.

Buyer Requirements: Buyer must be ready to close with in 60 days and must be fully approved prior to showings or be paying cash for the property with proof of funds.
